我们的研发团队在Gene Hill的带领下,Gene是一位有着45年多在声纳领域的专家,把他们的创造性才能应用到MAQ的声纳中去,保证了MAQ的声纳系统可以满足并超过当今以及未来的行业需求。我们的强大并稳定的平台设计可以保证我们能够定期为顾客提供升级类的性能。
我们的研发和生产中心位于加拿大安大略省的Finch,我们在那里生产、组装并测试每一台声纳。我们的厂房里配备有100平方米的声学测试箱,用于组装完成后的测试以及矫正。
每一个零部件都经过全面的检查以及测试,保证每一台MAQ声纳的高质量、可靠性以及优越性能。一旦零部件通过了质检测试,它们才会被组装到Omni声纳系统中去。只有经过在测试箱的严格测试,以及在高温室的温度循环测试之后,声纳系统才能打包发运给我们的顾客。

Key Benefits

Universal Electronics, designed for all frequency transducers, are enclosed in rugged steel sealed cabinets to prevent corrosion and are cooled using heat pumps. Each unit has color coded plug-in components to facilitate easy installation and quick turn-around repairs when needed.
Transducer hoists use ball-screw electric actuators for efficient high speed retraction.

Descriptions

MAQ Sonar 90 KHz

  • Proven to find pelagic species such as Tuna, Squid, Mackerel, Sardine, Herring, Anchovy and Hake.
  • High Frequency makes it ideal for detecting the Mackerel species which has no swim bladder.
  • he 90 KHz model has the optimal frequency to ensure minimal beam bending from surface air bubbles. Near surface bubbles cause lower frequency sonar beams to bend upwards whereas higher frequency sonar beams bend downwards. At a frequency of 90 KHz the beam bends neither upwards nor downwards.
  • Better reflection on difficult targets, better resolution.
  • Facilitates searching near vessel.
  • Selection of 5° beam results in excellent performance in shallow water, in near surface and near bottom fishing. The unique qualities, of the narrow beam, means further detection distance at the surface.

MAQ Sonar 60KHz

  • High enough frequency to find Mackerel and Tuna but low enough to avoid reflecting hard bottom.
  • Proven to find pelagic species such as Tuna, Marlin, Squid, Mackerel, Sardine, Herring, Anchovy and Hake.
  • Choice of beam width 5° results in excellent performance in shallow water, near surface fishing and reduces bottom return for better separation of fish from bottom. (Three beam widths to choose from.)
  • Detection distances over 2,000 meters (2600 with RDT)
  • Good discrimination for hard to find species.

  • Low frequency operation for long range detection.
  • Proven to find Tuna, Marlin, Mackerel, Sardine, Herring, Anchovy and other pelagic species.
  • Narrow beam width of only 5° results in excellent performance in shallow water, near surface fishing and off bottom detection.
  • A low frequency will detect bait at extremely long distances where the tuna are usually feeding. It is not unusual to see schools of Yellow Fin at 3000 plus meters with a standard MAQ 22 KHz Sonar.
  • Over 110 square kilometers detection coverage at maximum range selection.
